About me

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist offering psychoanalytically-based therapy for adults with a range of personal issues. I am registered with the BACP (whose code of ethics and professional requirements I follow). Therapy takes place face-to-face, working on either a long-term or a shorter-term basis.

My dedicated practice rooms are discreetly located in a central part of Tunbridge Wells, with good parking nearby. It can be difficult to decide for anyone of us whether therapy would help, and what it might involve. To help, an initial assessment session is offered, for which there is no charge and which does not commit you to anything - this has helped a number of people in the past.

My practice covers a range of personal and interpersonal issues, centred around anxiety, feelings of frustration and anger, depression and stress.
