About me

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and provide an empathic, non-judgemental and confidential space to address issues that can occur at any stage of life.

I offer both short term and long term counselling for individuals in Brighton.

My Approach

Every journey in counselling is unique and I draw on different approaches at different times, adapting to the individual needs of my clients.

I bring warmth and sensitivity, as well as supporting the development of ideas, insight and perspective.

I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space, and work with you to find your way forward.

Why Counselling?

We all encounter difficulties in life, and counselling can support us through these challenging times.

Issues I can help with include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bereavement and loss, abuse, anger management, phobias, obsessions, suicidal thoughts and addiction.

My Background

I trained at the Re-Vision Centre for Integrative Psychosynthesis Counselling and am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I also have a degree in Psychology.

I have worked for Mid Sussex Counselling Centre and Central Sussex College as a counsellor. Over the last twenty years I have also volunteered with Forest School Camps – an alternative outdoors charity.
