About me

Do you want to change how you feel?

Are you experiencing overwhelming feelings?

Are you ready to take back control of your mental and emotional wellbeing?

Hello, welcome to my page. Working alongside each other we can explore feelings and behaviour in a safe, respectful and non judgmental environment.

I am an Integrative Counsellor working with Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Transactional Analysis. My years of experience working in a Therapeutic Role stem from a Compassion Focused approach. Having a space to talk and feel listened to can be life changing.

How is your life story going?

Where does that feeling come from?

What does the future look like?

Our counselling sessions will be empowering and liberating giving you the opportunity to gain the confidence to make positive changes to uncover your full potential.

Working together we will work towards uncovering worries, thoughts and behaviours that are holding you back such as depression, addictions, anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement, abuse, anger management, self harm, low self worth, trauma, relationship issues,  OCD, ADHD, Autism, panic disorders, family issues, phobias, feeling sad, anger issues and much more to provide a greater understanding of yourself through self awareness.

I work one on one offering a confidential, safe, comfortable, accessible space. I provide a genuine, authentic, accepting professional relationship where you are free to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours without judgement.

Thankyou for looking at my profile.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
