About me

With 16 years of NHS mental health and neurodevelopmental experience, I am a UKCP-registered Existential Psychotherapist and an NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am autistic and have ADHD. I will see anyone over the age of 11, but I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent young people and their families, or with neurodivergent adults, or with people who think they might be neurodivergent, through my neurodivergent positive practice Gamut.

I will work psychotherapeutically on both a short and long term basis, seeing people face to face in Lewes or online. I can also offer mental health assessments.

I am trained in ADOS and AD-I and will carry out ASC diagnostic assessments for young people over the age of 11 and adults in line with the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidance. With young people, I do this with the support of another clinician and carry out a full mental health assessment at the same time.
