About me
Sometimes we reach a point in life where things just stop making sense. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or suddenly aware that something needs to change – even if you’re not sure what or how. I’m here to help you explore that space.
I work with people who are navigating low self-esteem, unresolved trauma, attachment issues, and moments of deep personal questioning. These can show up as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or feeling emotionally disconnected from yourself and others.
I’m an integrative therapist with specialist training in attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches. My aim is to create a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where you can begin to make sense of your story and reconnect with your inner strength and identity.
Watching clients grow in self-worth and self-understanding is one of the most meaningful parts of this work for me. Therapy isn’t just about coping – it’s about transformation. I believe that no matter how stuck you feel, meaningful change is possible.
How I Work
I tailor therapy to suit your individual needs, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, and trauma-informed models. I offer online sessions to clients across the UK, and my approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your pace.
Whether you’re working through past wounds or standing at a crossroads in your life, therapy can be a powerful space for reflection, healing, and growth.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby, a BACP-accredited programme that integrates key therapeutic approaches with in-depth clinical training. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, providing a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour and mental health.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
