About me
Hello, my name is Penny. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist trained in a variety of therapy models. I believe each individual is unique and come with their own story, in which no two cases are the same. As such, the main focus of my practice is to work alongside my client and to tailor therapy to each individual’s specific needs and goals.
Having worked within a range of organisational contexts (the NHS, special needs/higher educational, private hospital and third sector), I have a breadth of experience working with a complex range of issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, low self-esteem, self-identity issues, bereavement, anger and stress management.
With a non-judgemental and safe space provided, a break'down' can be the key to a break'through'. Let me be part of your journey and help you through your process of change and development.
To get started, send me an email or call to set up a free initial 15 minutes consultation appointment. We will talk about what you'll want to get out of therapy, how I could help you achieve your goals, and if you're happy to continue then we can set up the frequency of our sessions based on the most suitable day/time for you.
