Do you have anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or bereavement? I would be very happy to work with you with these and many other problems.
Counselling is a listening and talking therapy, and I seek to empower clients to face their difficulties, to make sense of their lives, to access inner resources and to engage with change and growth. Counselling is collaborative, and we will establish a working relationship based on trust, openness and personal commitment.
I seek to establish a safe time and place where you may explore whatever is important to you, in a genuine, interested, accepting, and respectful way.
I will be pleased to work with you whether you have a specific difficulty at the moment, or if you have a more general sense of something not being right in your life. I am also very happy to work with you on your general personal development. I work with adults on a one to one basis, doing short or long-term counselling.
I work during the daytime only.
