Pauline Doyle - Counsellor & Clinical Hypnotherapist
Are you going through a difficult time? Is something making you anxious, depressed, upset or confused? Feeling unhappy, struggling with relationships or not seeing any joy in life? I can help you on your first step to recovery when life becomes overwhelming.
Hi, my name is Pauline and I am a fully qualified counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist offering therapy in a safe and confidential space where you can freely share your thoughts and feelings. I aim to provide a warm, relaxed, safe space where you can talk about and explore difficulties in your life without judgment and achieve personal change. I believe that the key to successful therapy is a trustworthy relationship between myself and my clients.
Although I work mainly from a Person-centred approach I integrate other models of counselling such as Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Solution-Focused Therapy. As a clinical hypnotherapist I aim to support my client achieve change by finding totally effective solutions for a wide variety of difficulties from unwanted habits, addictions and emotional issues. I adapt my approach to meet the individual and unique needs of my client.
I work with adults and young people offering short, medium and long term work depending on your needs. I will help you develop strategies and ways to cope in the future.
My practice is in Hebburn with free parking and within a short walking distance of a metro station.
