About me

Hello and a warm welcome to my counselling practice.

Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression? Do you feel 'stuck' or a little lost in life? Maybe things just don't feel right?

I can support you with these feelings in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential environment. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and help to discover a path to personal growth and healing.

I am an integrative therapist which means that I can use different therapeutic approaches to tailor the therapy to suit your individual needs. My approaches include person centred, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic. My integrative style considers the whole person addressing their mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Maybe now you feel its time to make positive changes in your life but are unsure where to start?

I believe in empowering clients to reach their full potential  with the freedom to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours at their own pace.

Life can be challenging and sometimes we just need to be able to express ourselves and it can be helpful to talk to someone outside of your daily life.
