You may be struggling to get out of bed because your cup has been empty for days or weeks now. Maybe you have been hurt by someone close to you and are struggling to put yourself back together again. You might find it difficult to connect with others and are afraid of not being accepted for who you are. Maybe you would like to change something in your life but don’t feel able to do this on your own. You might experience overwhelming feelings of sadness but can’t quite put your finger on where this is coming from.
I would love the opportunity to work together with you. It's important that you feel safe and listened to in order to be able to open up and get the most out of therapy. My aim is to create an environment where you can bring whatever it is that's on your mind and together we will work through it.
I currently offer sessions online or over the phone. I also offer outdoor therapy (walk and talk therapy). Please get in touch to book a free initial consultation where we can decide if we would like to work together. You can find more info about me and how I work on my website www.paulaweninger.co.uk

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
