About me
Does your mind feel like it has loads of tabs open at once, and you can't seem to close them down? Do you find it hard to sleep at night due to those constant thoughts going round? Feeling angry and agitated but really don't know why? If this sounds like you, you have come to the right place! I can explore those thoughts with you, and walk beside you whilst we figure them out together. This is your time to talk without feeling unheard.
Your first session.
Your first session is for us to get to know each other, to find out whether we can work together in a therapeutic relationship. This session is also to ask as many questions as you want. We will work together to find out what brings you to therapy, and what you want to get out of your sessions.
Sessions in general
I would like you to get the most out of your sessions. We will have six weekly reviews, just to see were you are in therapy, and if there is anything you would like to work on in more depth. Sessions can be a place to explore deeper, more complex thoughts, which would be done when our relationship is well established, and if you choose to do so, there is absolutely no pressure.
