About me

Are you feeling like your at a crossroads in your life? No motivation? Feeling lost? Relationship problems?  Sometimes emotions and thoughts can come out of the blue and seem to have no specific cause, and although family and friends can be a massive support in our darkest times, emotions can hinder that support without being aware of it, sometimes causing a rift in that relationship.  I can help you to explore and understand how and why your feeling this way, so you can make changes in your life, and look forward to your future.

Our first session-

The first session is to talk about the issues you are having, and how we can work together, to help you work those issues out. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions that you may have about me and how I work.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained as a counsellor at Staffordshire University for five years to gain my qualifications. I have experience of working within a college environment with students, and also work as a adult counsellor at Harmony counselling in St. Helens. I run my own business @Paula Taylor Integrative counselling
