About me
In our sessions, we will explore your challenges together—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or loss of self-esteem, my person-centred approach uses the best techniques to help find a tailored solution.
As a volunteer with a pregnancy loss charity, I also create a compassionate space for those dealing with pregnancy issues and loss (miscarriage or abortion).
With over five years of experience, I focus on creating a safe and welcoming space where you can bring troubling thoughts and feelings and work towards a goal.
Clients describe me as warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. They use our sessions to explore issues they are facing and ways to feel better, most often saying they have been able to reframe and feel lighter.
Building this trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. To ensure you feel comfortable and understood as we begin this journey, I provide a free 30-minute initial assessment.
Sessions take place in The City of London, conveniently located near St Paul’s and New Change, or online. You can choose between face-to-face sessions or online —whatever suits you best.
I am here to help, so please feel free to reach out and take the first step towards healing.
Training, qualifications & experience
A fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and a full member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space for face-to-face or online counselling. I am based in The City near to New Change and St Pauls. I am person-centred and offer an integrative approach. This means that I adapt the therapy and techniques to the issues you bring.
Whether it is relationship issues, anxiety, depression, loss, imposter syndrome, or self-confidence, I work with you to help develop a different approach or way of thinking. I also volunteer for a pregnancy loss charity and offer a space to work through issues around pregnancy and loss.
Once you make contact, we set up a free, initial consultation. We use this session to explore issues further and see how it feels. If it feels right for you, we can work together towards your goal.
