About me
Are you finding life difficult to navigate? Perhaps anxiety, depression and self-doubt are impacting your relationships and career? Do you struggle with low self-esteem or need support affirming your identity? I understand how anxious thoughts and low mood can make you feel stuck and impact every aspect of your life. As an experienced and qualified BACP registered Integrative Therapist, I am here to help you navigate these feelings, in a supportive and validating way.
I can help you explore your feelings and navigate life with more confidence. Together, we can look at the different relationships in your life and start breaking down any barriers that may be detrimental to your future. I have extensive professional experience supporting clients with chronic conditions and disabilities, including neurodivergence.
Therapy is key to understanding emotions and behaviours that stop us from living more fulfilling lives. It can be a challenging yet rewarding journey, and I am here to support and guide you along the way. This will be your time to feel truly seen, heard and supported. Email me today to schedule your free 15-minute consultation.
Training, qualifications & experience
As an Integrative Counsellor, I am trained in Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy models and we will work together to find the best approach for you.
I have an affirmative approach to LGBTQIA+ clients and celebrate difference.
Alongside my private practice, I am a Mental Health Manager for a world-leading university, managing a diverse team of mental health professionals supporting and safeguarding young people. I have also worked for Crisis, Homestart and charities supporting NHS counselling services.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
