About me

With over 10 years experience supporting individuals to lead a healthier, happier life now it's time for you.

I believe the relationship you have with your counsellor is key to ensuring you get the most from your sessions. As your counsellor and psychotherapist I will work collaboratively with you, providing you with guidance through uncertain times. I work integratively, drawing on various approaches to best suit your needs. I will provide you with a safe space to talk and explore your thoughts and feelings, ensuring you are supported throughout your time with me and onwards.

I can offer you growth, development and change, providing psychoeducation in addition to working on solutions to bring about immediate relief for your mental health and well-being.  I have considerable experience in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss.

The approaches I adopt in my practice are Person Centred, Psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

If you are interested in learning more why not contact me for a brief chat where I can explain how I work and what you can expect from your time working with me, allowing you the time and opportunity to make an informed decision on your choice of therapist. For more information please call me on 07809370244.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
