I admire your bravery at making a step on the journey of promoting your emotional well-being and addressing your concerns, my aim is to make you feel safe and offer a therapeutic space.
"You own it". As you are unique, an appraisal of your understanding of your situation, means that we can develop an appreciation of your concerns. I offer, for free, up to half an hour on the phone to do this. This time will also helps us develop a sense of how we might work together, but the key is clarify joint understanding.
We can then to discuss and assess the best way to engage with what you have brought.
You may then book an initial session and assessment where we can further deepen a joint understanding of your needs, this session is likely include to some Integrative therapy and may be enough to help you move forwards. We can also clarify your counselling requirements leading to your choice of ways forwards. Through this process you can get a feel for how it is to work with myself, it is important that you find a counsellor that you feel comfortable working with. My hope is that you feel empowered to make choices that satisfy your needs.

I offer a safe, confidential and available space in which you can bring immediate or long term challenges. I have much experience with; Anxiety, Anger, Relationship Issues, Depression, Panic, Addictions and Crisis Counselling.
