I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and have worked in the social care and therapy services for over forty years. I have worked as a Private Counsellor and Psychotherapist but have also been employed by a University Counselling Service.

I work with a range of problems an difficulties underpinned by a deep understanding of how early experience in life can influence how we feel and relate to others now. I have worked extensively with a wide range of emotional and mental health issues and offer an initial assessment to explore what the client may need.

I am a UKPC qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor.

I also qualified as a Social Worker and have had over forty years experience of supporting people with emotional and mental health problems. I have also been a trainer on issues of diversity and and have worked with people around their sexuality, Race and Gender issues. I historically have worked face to face but latterly worked on line remotely via zoom or equivalent and by phone.
