Paul A Green Therapeutic Counsellor, MBACP

Making a decision to see a therapist is a big step for many people. However it can be much easier to speak to someone you do not know; who will not judge you and have your best interest at heart. Whilst it isn’t the counsellor’s job to provide you with answers, I can help with whatever problems you're faced with. This does not mean that your whole life is broken. You might be OK in many areas of your life but there may be one grey area that you have been avoiding or putting up with that still interferes with living life the way you want."This is why I do what I do".
As a trained therapeutic counsellor I can provide the outside perspective you need in helping you understand where you are stuck and how to take steps to make a better choice to existing problems; recognize that each problem has its own subconscious reoccurrence that requires different strategies. Whether your struggles are addictive behaviour, work issues, anger depression, anxiety issues, couples or relationship problems or feeling that life is going nowhere.
If you are ready for a change and serious about freeing yourself from your constraint and willing to look thoughtfully at your problems in order to find a better way of coping. I am a qualified Psychodynamic counsellor and a registered member of BACP, who have worked with a wide range of presenting problems over the years at Rotherham & Barnsley mind delivering a professional service to any problems long or short term. I am also trained in Spiritual and Holistic Care which allows me to offer Christian or pastoral counselling.
