Paul A Green Therapeutic Counsellor, MBACP
The fact that you have made the decision to seek therapy, suggests that your own defences are no longer effective in dealing with problems and you need outside help to make sense of the problem or to exercise greater levels of control.
My role, as a psychodynamic therapist, is to provide an environment that is confidential and safe, to explore your feelings and memories; this doesn’t mean all your life is broken; this means that there are certain grey areas compromising the relationships you have with self and others.
“This is why I do what I do”. I will provide you with an outside perspective to help you understand how the past, influences present behaviours, the use of defences to avoid reality, how subconscious reoccurrences require different strategies in you choice to existing problems.
Freeing yourself from your constraints would mean talking to a qualified counsellor like myself, who understands how the mind works and have years of experience working with wide-ranging issues over a long or short term period.
As a qualified therapist and registered member of British Association of counsellor and psychotherapist, I offer a wide range of therapeutic approach; from inner child trauma therapy, couples and relationship counselling, behaviour therapy, addiction therapy, anxiety and depression counselling, Christian counselling and Spiritual and Holistic Care. I offered a direct approach to counselling that is affordable and effective.
