Patrick Konkon BA(hons) MBACP(reg)
Counsellor in Enfield and Waltham Cross. I work as a fully-qualified counsellor and I offer both short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for individuals.
I work with a non-judgemental, open approach, which is both non-directive and will also allow you, the client, to explore any concerns and feelings. This will enable you to work at your pace and on your agenda and will commit to you that, as a primary principle, you will be treated with absolute confidentiality, complete respect and within a counselling environment which is safe, supportive and accepting.
My professional experience includes working with several counselling organisations and working with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures. I am qualified to support issues such as: depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, relationship issues, cultural identity issues, work-related issues, trauma, abuse and addictive behaviour.
Along with my private practice, I continue to work voluntarily as a Counsellor for the National UK charity called Mind.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a BA (Hons) in Counselling awarded by Middlesex University, I also have a Diploma in Person-centred Counselling and Psychotherapy awarded by Middlesex University and I have complemented my studies with a one-year certificate in Person-Centred Art Therapy from CONEL.
