About me
I am available to help people explore your relationship with your self and others. I believe that when we understand what motivates us to behave as we do, we can make better choices in our lives.
I work in an integrated manner based on a foundation of Choice Theory. I have many years of experience working in the field of dependency and addiction and this approach provides an opportunity for people to understand the nature of their condition.
Insight into our inter-related physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual realms assist us to unmask aspects of ourselves that are undermining our ability to fulfill our needs in a healthy manner and to move forward with our lives.
