Patricia Judge Ad Dip CP MNCS (Acc)
A warm welcome to Wiltshire Counselling.
Are you you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious and or depressed?
Are you unsettled with life due to unhappiness from your childhood? For example; rejection/abandonment/criticism. So many unhappy feelings can result from trauma in our childhood, including attachment issues.
Have you reached retirement age and perhaps thinking "what now" "what's left" and suffering anxiety?
Are you suffering from loss and grief?
I can help people like you by exploring and unraveling what is going on. To help you to find awareness and a future that you desire.
I will offer you a warm, non-judgmental approach in a relaxed confidential setting.
Often, being given the space to have someone listen to you, can make all the difference.
You will have the time to explore and come to your own conclusions.
I will support you around your needs, at your pace.
We will work together to find the best options to help you reach more clarity, informed choices and empowerment.
I offer counselling for victims/survivors and perpetrators of Domestic Abuse, Rape/Sexual abuse, Stalking and Harassment. I have a wealth of experience in this arena.
The impact of domestic abuse is overwhelming and has a vast impact on a person's life, including children's. As a victim/survivor of DA, a person's identity can be eroded, leading to confusion and not knowing who you are anymore. You may feel as if you are in a fog and feeling very fearful. Maybe you witnessed Domestic Abuse as a child!
I draw from my training and my experience, to help you along the road.
Please feel welcome to come and have a free initial 30 minute consultation, to discuss how you are feeling.
