My name is Tricia Horne and I am a qualified experienced counsellor and member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and work within their Ehthical Framework of Good Practise.
I believe counselling can help us recognise and understand our thoughts and feelings and enable us to find a way forward. I would like to work with you and acheive this.
I work with individuals and couples.

I see each client as an individual with individual needs, my integrative training enables me to to offer you a personal approach depending upon your needs using a wide range of therapies including directive and non-directive approaches.
I offer a warm and welcoming, confidential space for you to talk about your feelings, emotions and concerns. This can be a daunting experience however it can also bring self knowledge, undestanding and relief to help you move forward. Sessions can be booked weekly and are open ended. (as many or few as you chose)
I attend regular supervision to support my work and attend training to keep up to date.

Therapeutic Life Coach (FCTC) (Fusion) incorpating elements of CBT, Human Givens & PC

I have worked as a volunteer counsellor at Knowle West Health Association since 2015
I have studied Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Personal Centred counselling.
