My name is Tricia Horne and I am a qualified experienced counsellor and  member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and work within their Ehthical Framework of Good Practise.

I believe counselling can help us recognise and understand our thoughts and feelings and enable us to find a way forward.  I would like to work with you and acheive this.

I work with individuals and couples.

I work with many different issues, some are listed here:

  • Anxiety, Social anxiety
  • Feelings of being overwhelmed
  • Low self-esteem
  • Feeling lost, unsure how to proceed
  • Abuse

I see each client as an individual with individual needs, my integrative training enables me to to offer you a personal approach depending upon your needs using a wide range of therapies including directive and non-directive approaches.

I offer a warm and welcoming, confidential space for you to talk about your feelings, emotions and concerns. This can be a daunting experience however it can also bring self knowledge, undestanding and relief to help you move forward. Sessions can be booked weekly and are open ended. Supervision & training

In my supervision practise I offer an integrated approach based on Inskip & Proctor’s model.  I believe supervision is a working alliance based on openness, honesty and mutual respect, where you can be heard, supported, challenged and nurtured.
