About me
Hello, my name is Patricia, I am a qualified psychotherapist and I have many years of working in adult mental health, with my main experience being in the NHS.
I work flexibly to help you move forward with your life. I am able to work with depression, anxiety, personality disorders and more, so please do get in touch.
I offer a free 20 minute session to discuss your needs and to see if we are going to be able to work successfully together. If you are happy to proceed, I can see you weekly, fortnightly, monthly or maybe just a session periodically.
We will work to whichever way suits you best.
I imagine life may be difficult for you at the present time, so if you are reading this please do ring or email and have a chat. I will make the sessions as comfortable for you as I can, and I will not ask you to share anything that you don’t wish to.
It is important we build a good relationship in which to enable you to move forward in your life and start to enjoy your days again.
