Patricia Geraghty MBACP Accred and UKRCP Reg
I am an experienced Accredited Counsellor with over twenty years experience, now working in Central Newquay. I have extensive experience of working with organisations and in private practise. I offer a warm, empathic and comfortable space where you can talk confidentially, helping you make sense of what is happening in your life and supporting you through difficult times.
Our first appointment gives us the opportunity to meet each other, with no cost obligation. We will begin to discuss what brings you to counselling at this time in your life. If you feel you would like to work together, we can start to decide a way forward that is most suitable to your needs.
My counselling approach is Integrative - Humanistic. I use a range of counselling models which enables me to respond to your needs in a most useful and sensitive way. My wide range of counselling and mindfulness experience informs all my work. I have worked with people coping with difficulties around stress, anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, loss, bereavement, low-self esteem, anger, abuse, trauma, dyslexia, amongst other issues. My aim is to provide an opportunity for you to work towards living in a more satisfying and resourceful way.
