About me

Welcome. I am a qualified experienced Counsellor based in Nottingham.

My approach to working with clients is an integrative one. This means I tailor my modality to suit the needs of individual clients I work with. Integrating a Person-centred focus with aspects of Gestalt and Transactional Analysis.

I aim to work with you on your journey of self-exploration. Communicating acceptance and non-directive stance. Supporting you as you unravel the issue to find clarity and a resolution in moving forward.

A client  may feel anxious or vulnerable talking about their difficulties and I can empathise with this. This understanding motivates me to offer a safe, confidential space for your voice to be heard.

I have experienced working with arrange of diverse issues: Grief, Loss, Sexual Abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Life Changes

We can explore your struggles at a pace that is right for you. In the hope that you can move forward with your life feeling lighter and more empowered.

The duration of counselling is based on your needs. So, this maybe short-term counselling or long-term counselling.
