About me

Once you have made an appointment, we will discuss what prompted you to seek counselling.

Together our goal will be to achieve clarity and work towards a good outcome.

As a psychotherapist, my approach is to use a combination of proven therapeutic methods for example  CBT, psychodynamic therapy or solution based therapy and person centered therapy

In a safe, private setting you will be free to explore your thoughts and feelings, my support is non-judgemental and open, it is all about you.

Further information

Why Counselling is a good option:

Most of us at some point in our lives have issues, traumas or anxieties that affect the way we feel and function.

For a number of reasons, it is not always easy to share problems with those people that are close to us.

This is where professional counselling can be so beneficial.

Counselling can offer a calm and secure environment in which to explore concerns and work together to find solutions.

Remember you don't have to be alone.
