About me

I believe that every person has an inner potential to make their own choices in life and we have to connect with our inner self to explore and discover that potential. Would you like to explore your inner potential? Do you feel distressed, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed? Do you feel confused about your identity, your existence and feel less confident about facing the outside world? If you feel you have depression, relationship issues, anger issues, bereavement, loss, burn-out syndrome, then together we could explore your feelings.

My speciality is in counselling females who have experienced domestic violence, childhood trauma, sexual abuse in order to support them and help them find their own self thus empowering them to face the world. I would listen to you non-judgmentally, in a confidential setting to try and provide empathy and support to you unconditionally.

I am trained in person-centred approach whose main pillars are empathy and unconditional positive regard along with non-directivity.  Its your time to take the reigns in your hands and think about your future, explore your dreams and discover how to take them forward. In the process we will find out new ways to deal with the blocks of the past or present.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
