About us

I am an accredited specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), currently offering remote therapy sessions. My extensive experience spans various mental health settings, including IAPT services, mental health hospitals, drug and alcohol services, private therapy, and collaborations with insurance companies.

As a compassionate and empathetic individual, I am deeply committed to understanding others without judgment. I believe in the power of empathy and warmth to foster positive therapeutic relationships and facilitate meaningful personal growth. My approach centers on creating a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and valued.

I work collaboratively with my clients to understand their unique perspectives and tailor therapy to address the specific difficulties they encounter. My goal is to help clients make positive adjustments in their thoughts and behaviors, which leads to improved emotional and physical well-being. Through this process, clients learn valuable skills and techniques that they can apply to everyday situations, empowering them to manage negative emotions and face conflicts with increased confidence.

Remote sessions offer flexibility, allowing therapy to fit seamlessly into your schedule and home life. I strive to make therapy accessible, comfortable, and effective for you.

My current wait time is approximately 2 weeks. Feel free to send an email if you’d like to inquire about an earlier slot.
