Panos Courtis (MSc, HCPC, BAAT)
Therapy is a personal journey, a developing process. A process that holds virtues that are yet undiscovered or underestimated.
Therapy is about healing and self caring. Healing of our wounds caused by internal and external forces. Healing is a dynamic personal decision to create truthful and loving relationships.
I am an integrative psychotherapist who offers a detailed and careful treatment for people who choose to attend the sessions.
Providing a potential therapeutic space we create, together, a “new” way to approach life and the reasons that brought you in therapy.
Therapy offers a non-judgmental environment in which the person in therapy can reconsider and redefine her/his relationship with its own self and others.
The healing of a dis-ease or a problem is far beyond the symptom. Symptoms can be observed as a guidance to a deeper situation, which requires attention.
Therapy is able to reveal our hidden qualities, which are often blocked by external or internal forces. Revealing and recognising these qualities might be the key to a healthier, happier and more substantial everyday life.
If therapy perceived as a preventive treatment then individuals may increase tolerance and acceptance in significant moments of their lives.
I am looking forward listening to your stories and find together the best solutions for your lives.
