About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist offering both online and face-to-face therapy, as well as neuroaffirmative Autism Assessments for adults. I also collaborate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) assessments for children.

Throughout my career, I have consistently drawn on both my academic expertise and personal experiences of being a daughter, parent, partner, friend and colleague to support people through challenging times.

I am fully committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity in all its forms, and proudly stand as an ally to individuals with physical and learning difficulties, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Known for being an honest, compassionate and present psychologist, I am deeply committed to helping people create meaningful and fulfilling lives.
