Padraic Devlin FdSc Integrative Counselling, Registered Member NCS, Member BACP
Welcome to my page. I’m Padraic, a mid-Ulster based counsellor. I use a variety of methods, but everything that we do will be tailored around you, you are central as we take this journey to wellness together.
I work with children (aged 10+), young people and adults from all walks of life.
I use traditional therapies like CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and Person-Centred work, as well as creative tools such as arts and crafts, musical instruments and sand trays.
I also work within Psychodynamic and Humanistic Therapy. Psychodynamic focuses on our unconscious thoughts and beliefs that have developed throughout our lives. Humanistic work looks at self-development and helps recognise our strengths and choices. I believe irrespective of the approach we take; the most important thing is the therapeutic relationship which is key to successful therapy.
I work from offices in Antrim, Cookstown and Dungannon. I also provide online therapy working with clients across the world.
If you are experiencing difficulties, making that first call or sending that first text can feel challenging, or even scary and overwhelming.
If you're able to make that first step by contacting me, from that first contact I will provide a caring, safe, friendly, respectful and positive experience for you.
I always say that we are on a journey and this can be an amazing one. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I'm here to walk the path alongside you. To talk to me about my work or to book an appointment call or text me on:
