About me

I am an integrative counsellor and supervisor. I believe the most important aspect of counselling is the unique relationship between my client’s and myself. I attempt to build a therapeutic relationship in which there is trust, the client feels valued and safe to be able to explore their issues openly and honestly without feeling judged.

Validating my client as an individual with the potential to develop their self-regard means they are able to look to achieve greater insight and invite different responses to make more conscious choices. I believe in empowering my clients through self-reflection to understand what is nourishing and what is less satisfying in their lives.

Counselling enabled me to work through my own feelings and issues, enabling me to identify with my own regressed feelings and become aware of myself in relation to my world.

My practice is based in Greenwich, Eltham where I provide a warm, inviting environment in which you can relax and feel at ease.

Member organisations

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

As an Integrative supervisor I work using various methods to facilitate the needs of my supervisee's, to explore their therapeutic relationship with their clients.  Working Person Centred offers a non-judgemental relationship where they can explore what they need and want, and how they can work towards achieving the goals of their clients.  Psychodynamically  we would be working with the unconscious thoughts and feelings to bring these to the surface, looking at   past influences recurring patterns.
