About me

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor. Person-centred means the therapeutic process is centred around you. I offer a private space, without fear of judgement or expectations - which are perfect conditions to work together to get what you want from counselling. My sessions are purposely laid back, where you and I are both free to be ourselves in this space.

I work with adults (18+). I have worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, addiction, abuse (including domestic violence), stress, grief and loss. I also have lived and professional experience with chronic pain and illness - including post-covid recovery.

It is vital you feel I am right to work with you, so I offer a 20 minute consultation for free. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit better as well as ask any questions you may have.
