Online DBT Group Skills Training and 1-to-1 DBT Sessions
- Do you struggle with managing your emotions?
- Does your behaviour sometimes feel impulsive?
- Do your relationships struggle as a result?
- Do you engage in behaviours that put you or your wellbeing or relationships at risk, such as self-harm, suicidal thinking, substance abuse or binge eating?
If you’ve answered yes, then online DBT can help, with our convenient and effective DBT treatments, brought to you, wherever you are.
DBT is a scientifically backed treatment, which helps you get emotional and behavioural control back, by increasing your emotional and cognitive regulation through learning skills to overcome triggers, and barriers to you managing well.
DBT is useful for a range of conditions and is the gold standard treatment for BPD/EUPD, as well as self-harm, suicidal thinking, eating difficulties and substance abuse.
We offer the full DBT programme online via Zoom, from group skills training, to individual DBT and crisis skills coaching. The full DBT programme can be attended via self referral or psychiatrist referral. The group or individual sessions can also be attended as stand alone programmes.
If you want to attend this expert programme, contact us. We can help.
