About me

Counselling can provide a safe, warm, environment in which to explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you are struggling with something that is going on in your life, or just want the space to reconnect with yourself, counselling may be able to help.

I believe that at some point in our lives we could all benefit from having someone to talk to, free from the fear of judgement. Someone to listen and to understand what matters to us. I am here to work alongside you, to provide you with support and encouragement, helping you to develop the tools that you need in moving forward with your journey through life.

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I integrate my training in both Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, adapting to your needs as an individual to ensure that you get the most value out of our work together.

I have experience in a wide range of different needs, and have worked in a number of different settings including a Gambling Addiction agency and GP surgeries.
