About me
Hello, I'm Olivia, a qualified Psychotherapist for women who feel lost, unhappy, unfulfilled, or stuck at a crossroads in their life. I offer a gentle approach to online therapy for anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, alongside menstrual cycle awareness, all from the comfort of your own environment.
I will listen to you with an open heart, hold you and your story with tenderness, and guide you through this time in your life.
In a nutshell; each therapy session works towards you feeling more clarity, confidence, and calm so that you can become more content, fulfilled, and proactive in your life.
In our work together, we will explore the sacred and fragile things you are holding close to your chest right now, and most importantly, you will no longer have to hold them on your own.
Where You Are Right Now
Are you feeling alone, stuck, and in need of some support?
Does life feel both overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time?
Do you find yourself asking, "Is there more to life than this?"
Have you ever wondered, "How did I end up here? What happened to me and the person I used to be?"
We will all struggle in our lives at some point - it's part of the human experience, and many of us are facing challenges in our lives that can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, hopeless, or uncertain about our future.
Does This Feel Familiar?
Maybe you’re standing at a crossroads in your life, unsure of which direction to take, or maybe it feels like the ground has disappeared from beneath you and you've been freefalling for a while.
You might carry a tight, heavy feeling in your chest or stomach—an unease you’ve come to know as depression or a lingering sadness you can’t shake.
There’s a constant inner voice of doubt, of not being “enough,” and of measuring yourself against an idea of where you "should" be.
Maybe your mind and body feel heavy, making it hard to focus, stay motivated, or fully connect with the people you care about.
Perhaps you’re stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and comparison, struggling to feel confident or a sense of self-esteem in who you are or where your life is heading.
I'm Here For You - How Therapy Can Help
Therapy is an empowering first step towards taking care of yourself, your mental health, and your world around you.
In therapy, it is not about throwing ourselves away and striving to become something better. You are not broken.
Therapy and healing begin when we befriend who we already are.
My Approach
My goal is to guide you toward feeling more grounded and present in your daily life—not just going through the motions, but truly experiencing life with clarity and purpose.
I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques, tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs. Therapy with me isn’t a one-size-fits-all process; it’s a collaborative journey shaped by your experiences, goals, and pace.
I take the time to understand who you are, creating space for you to settle into a rhythm that feels natural and supportive. Together, we’ll build a safe, nurturing environment—one step at a time—all from the comfort of your own space.
My Expertise
I work with the complexities of the human experience, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, a sense of meaninglessness/purposelessness, attachment and relationship difficulties, and burnout. I specialise in working with millennials, highly sensitive individuals, navigating menstrual cycle dynamics, PMS, PMDD, and major life transitions.
I hold a BA (Hons) and an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a specialisation in Humanistic and Integrative Therapies.
My training and therapeutic approach draw from a range of modalities, including Humanistic Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Existential Therapy, Focusing, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed practices, and Psychoeducation.
How We’ll Work Together
As your therapist, I’m committed to building a collaborative relationship where I get to know you—not a diagnosis, a label, or the version of yourself you think you should be. I want to understand what matters most to you and support you in exploring all the parts of yourself, even the ones you’re not too fond of (yet!).
Together, we’ll identify the aspects of your life that are most important to you, and work towards a path that feels hopeful and empowering. My goal is for you to feel capable and confident in making the changes that will create the life you’ve been longing for, all while equipping you with the skills to carry with you for a lifetime.
And let’s be honest—finding a fulfilling and balanced life can be really tough in today’s fast-paced world. That’s why I offer online therapy: it’s convenient, affordable, and flexible, allowing you to access the support you need from the comfort of your own space.
In our online sessions, we’ll work together to help you embrace your whole self and navigate life’s ups and downs with more ease and joy, learning to work with the natural ebb and flow of life rather than against it.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call - an informal chat where you can tell me where you are right now and what’s brought you to therapy. It’s a chance for you to release some of the heaviness you’ve been carrying and get a feel for how we might work together online.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll begin your therapy journey, meeting weekly or fortnightly for online 50-minute sessions in a confidential, safe space.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their ethical frameworks. I am in regular supervision and take responsibility for my continued professional development.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
