About me

My Name is Olivia Cullen.

I provide a safe and confidential therapy space for you to explore your life and your relationships. I am passionate about my work ans see psychotherapy as not only a place to work through difficult issues but also as an opportunity for growth and personal development.

My practice is in Bromley North, within easy reach of Beckenham, Shortlands, Catford, Lewisham, Crystal Palace, Sydenham and Chiswick.

I am a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) which is a national association of psychotherapy organisations. Psychotherapists can become a member only if they meet exacting standards and training requirements. These conditions were introduced to protect the public and insure the high quality of available psychological therapies.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist with a Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, and an Msc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. I have also completed a one year diploma in Gender and Sexual Diversity Therapy.

I work with other issues and I am happy to discuss with you whether we may be able to establish a good working relationship. I am also very interested in working with Post natal depression.

UKCP

UK Council for Psychotherapy

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Fees

My fees are £60 per individual session. Each session is 50 minutes long.

Couples sessions are £80 and each session is 50 minutes long.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
