Olga (Shirley) Liljenberg
I am a highly trained, experienced and committed Person Centred Counsellor & Psychotherapist. I am happy to work in an Integrative way and can tailor our sessions around your individual needs, including working Creatively if you feel this may help you. I will provide you with a highly professional, discrete, confidential service in a safe, comfortable environment where you can explore the issues that are worrying you, at a pace that is comfortable for you.
It takes courage to seek counselling and the process can be challenging. However, the benefits can be transformational, giving you more insight into your problems, resulting in more autonomy and increased resilience. We can work collaboratively, building a strong therapeutic relationship, based on trust, where I will listen and hear you worries, difficult experiences and problems. I will with genuine empathy, support you, without judgement, no matter what you bring.
I am able to work with any age range including children because of my vast teaching experience and Specialisms. Depending on the age of the child, Play Based Therapy maybe most appropriate.
