About me

I am a qualified and BACP registered counsellor with many years’ experience working with adults, adolescents, and primary school age children. I am committed to providing a client-centred support that gradually empowers and enable my clients to make informed decisions that will help them to improve whatever the situation is that is causing them problems in their personal life.

Most people at some point in their life will find life challenging. If you are currently feeling overwhelmed by issues going on in your life such as anxiety, depression, COVID 19, bereavement, trauma relating to sexual abuse or problems regarding your personal or work relationships amongst many other issues you may be experiencing, whatever the issue/s may be, I am here for you. We can work together to help you to find your own solution to the issues you are struggling with.

I am able to provide you a very safe, confidential, empathic, non-judgemental therapeutic space to explore how you can best resolve the issues that are currently perplexing you, so that you can move forward from any emotional or psychological pain to feeling happier and at peace with yourself and others you interact with on a daily basis.

I am happy to provide you with a free 30 minutes initial assessment consultation over the phone, where we can both discuss how we will work together to help you find the best possible solution to the issues you are bravely seeking therapeutic support with. I do hope that after our initial consultation discussion you will come to the realisation that to make effective changes to resolve your issues, you will need to make the time to talk, think and reflect on all that is perplexing you, in order to be able to enjoy a more happy and peaceful life once again.

Please call me by WhatsApp on 07359 019424 or email me to arrange a consultation.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
