About me

Do you feel like something is not quite right in your life right now? Perhaps there is something about yourself, the way you feel, or your personal relationships that you would like to change? You may be feeling anxious, sad or depressed and taking that first step may seem difficult.

I'm an experienced and non-judgemental Psychotherapist providing treatment for a number of conditions, including severe character disorders, trauma, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression, addictions and relationship issues.

Sessions are in Mayfair and can be once or twice weekly for 50 minutes. The therapy that I provide is grounded in the belief that our current states of mind and how we relate to others are often based on our earlier experiences of life, particularly childhood.

Therapy can provide insight into your internal world, using a reflective space to help you explore your emotional and relational life. Over time, it is an experience that can help you effect real change and work through the issues that you wish to address.

Please email me if you are interested in therapy, we could then arrange a first session to discuss your needs. After this if you are happy to continue, we would arrange a second session and ongoing weekly sessions going forward.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton (The WPF Therapy, Psychotherapy Qualification) and a BA from the LSE.
  • UKCP Registered Psychotherapist.

I provide listening and empathy and hope to empower you to find the insights that you seek, believing that change comes from within. The relationship you have with your therapist is key, one based on trust and confidentiality. I follow the ethical codes and practice of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling and the UKCP.  I previously worked in the City and train befrienders of those in suicidal crisis for a leading charity.
