About me

Have you ever felt that you are really stuck, or that your life is not going the way you hoped it would? Keep falling into repeating the same mistakes or feel that you simply cannot move on with your life?                                                                                                                     I understand that deciding to seek help is not easy however talking to a counsellor can help you understand what is going on in your life. Once you have more understanding of your motives, behaviour and how you relate to other you can start making posotive changes in your life.

Psychodynamic counselling is a counselling method which involves making discoveries about yourself. It aims to bring the unconscious into the conscious awareness so that you can gain some insight and understanding into what is going on in your life.

I am a qualified and BACP registered psychodynamic counsellor. I work in private practice in East Finchley, offering short and long term therapy on a weekly basis. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore what is troubling you.

Your first session will be an initial consultation where you will have the opportunity to discuss what brought you here. After our initial meeting, if you feel that you would like to work with me, we will arrange a day and a time that suits both of us to meet regularly once a week.

Training, qualifications & experience
