I work privately as an Integrative Psychotherapist/Counsellor. I was formerly a Mental Health Advocate in the NHS working with young people and adults with emotional/mental health issues. I come from a legal background.
I have gained solid expereince as a therapist and my past has helped me gain a broad understanding in dealing with a wide range of issues. From depression and anxiety to schizophrenia. I offer a variety of approaches depending on your needs. I believe that all positive change is possible with the right support, despite what may have happened in the past and your present situation.
I work in an empathic, confidential and non-judgmental environment building trust and confidence with the ultimate objective of empowering and enabling you to deal with past and present issues you may have.
Therapy which will help you develop awareness and insight into your experiences and deal with difficult issues in relation to your daily life. We will work together to find some perspective and containment with painful and difficult situations whilst supporting your change.

£60 for initial assessment. The initial session can last up to 1 hour, 30 minutes.
£50 per session. Each session is 50 minutes.
£80 per session for couples.
