Have you been experiencing stress, low mood, feelings of anxiousness, low self-esteem or lack of confidence, relationship issues, loss or any kind of difficulty causing you emotional distress? I may be able to help you.
I provide short and long term individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults using various therapeutic approaches including Person-Centred, Humanistic, Existential, Psychodynamic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Solution-Focused. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration and take place on a weekly basis. We can discuss the length, frequency and nature of our work together in our initial meeting. Our meeting can offer both you and I an opportunity to discuss what you would like to gain from therapy, the way I can work with you and see if I am the right therapist for you. The therapy and therapeutic work will be assessed, explored and discussed on an ongoing basis so you can get the most from our time together.
