About me

Counselling and self-reflection is the opposite of selfishness. It is a tool that helps us to be able to take responsibility for our own feelings and allow us to have better control over the direction of our lives. So that we may be better functioning and content for ourselves and those around us.

Through counselling, I can help you to gain greater insight into your own individual struggles. By being aware of the way our minds work, we can develop tools that can help us cope in the meantime and also resolve more deep-seated issues.

Therapy can help in all aspects of our everyday lives, and counselling is a very normal part of a healthy and happy existence.

Some of the areas I can help with, but not limited to, are:

  • General anxiety
  • depression
  • panic attacks
  • dealing with loss
  • Low self-esteem
  • Addiction
  • Anger related issues
  • Self-harm
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Intrusive thoughts
  • OCD
  • Traumatic events
  • PTSD
  • Abusive past
  • Bullied past
  • Dealing with everyday pressures
  • Relationship issues
  • Agora phobia
  • Phobias
  • And any other troubeling thoughts

I understand that it is often difficult to reach out for help and talk about unwanted feelings. I offer a non-judgemental, safe space to talk. So, if you have any questions about counselling, or would like to book a session with me, then I would like to welcome you to get in touch with me today.

You can call or text me on 07846 602851 or click here to send me an email.
