Well done, it can be really hard to take the first step to want to change something.
I have seen many different people, but all looking for the same thing, something different from their life, whether it is relationship/s, work / career or business.

I am a professionally qualified Life Coach & Integrative therapist, this means I can vary my approach to meet your individual needs with a variety of tried and tested theories and interventions, these same theories and interventions have been instrumental in my own life creating a passion to work with you to understand what is going on from your perspective to be with you without judgement, but respecting you as an individual in an open, honest, confidential and safe environment.

The Service I deliver focuses on you gaining insight from your life so far and how it has affected you through your beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviour today. Gaining these insights and understanding allows you to take control of your life more fully and make the positive changes you want to make.

This has encompassed 3 years with a local charity, working with people suffering from addiction and substance mis-use. I am an assigned Counsellor in Dorset & Hampshire for a public service sector, and in my private practice I have worked with a variety of issues.

When I work

121 sessions are carried out: Early evening to 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm. I look forward to hearing from you.

I usually hold my sessions On-line or by telephone this has enabled me to meet & work with some beautiful people nationally and internationally.

I do offer face 2 face pending on my availability, but please be aware this is limited.

When available face 2 face sessions are held at the Wessex Health Network, 17 Stour Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1PL.

There is plenty of free parking available at the rear, and on Stour Rd, It is also within a short walking distance from Christchurch train station (approximately 3 mins).
