About me

I'm an experienced integrative counsellor of 15 years and I specialise in working primarily with adult men who experience anxiety, depression, racism, oppression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and confidence issues.

I often work with people struggling with poor mental health due to anxiety, depression, and racial trauma. My aim is to empower my clients and provide them with a safe space to let them project any arising issues they may have whilst also letting them learn how to support themselves as individuals.

What to expect in your session

The counselling provided is integrative with a strong person-centred and goal-directed approach. When a referral is sent it is read and you the client are contacted, the first session is considered a counselling/assessment session. If we are the right fit for each other, we will then continue for a further 6 sessions at 50 minutes and this could be extended after a review to up to 10 sessions.

If you have any questions or would like to book an assessment session, then please call me on 07391 543403 or send an email.

I have 15 years or more working in the field of humanistic psychotherapy and my qualifications include:

  • BA Hons in Social Work Studies & Diploma in Social Work 1996-2000 with a 2: 2 Classification,
  • Diploma in Counselling Theory and Practice Level 4 2006-2009
