About me
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or dissatisfied with your current situation, I provide transformational coaching and therapy to help you to move forward with confidence and clarity. You may feel lost and lack a sense of direction and focus in your life. Or perhaps you have a clear goal, but you are struggling to overcome obstacles and feel stuck. You might recognise that you are locked in a negative mindset or that fear of failure is stopping you from moving forward. Perhaps you would like to improve your confidence and build resilience but you feel that procrastination, perfectionism or imposter syndrome are holding you back.
You are probably here because you want to improve your life – perhaps you’d like to feel more satisfied, engaged and motivated rather than feeling that you are living on autopilot. You might want to understand more about your values and live a more purposeful life, or identify and overcome thinking and behavioural patterns that are keeping you stuck.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.
BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
