About me
Hi, I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have a strong belief in the alternative therapies I offer as a service to help people identify and regain control of things in their lives and make changes to the areas of life they are wishing to make.
My experience of using Counselling and Psychotherapy was to help with low self esteem, low self worth and low self confidence that started from childhood leading to me having failed relationships and an experience of domestic violence. Anxiety, stress, depression and feelings of numbness amongst others set in. I have never looked backed as it helped me find the power to find the new version of ME. I can help you to! My successful experience fuelled me to train as a Counsellor so I could help others make changes to their thoughts, feelings, ideas and behaviours that they are wanting to make.
Counselling can help with many areas of difficulties. I start with an initial consultation and together we tailor make a plan just for you and decide together on a suitable course of therapy and you can decide whether you would like to go ahead or not.
I have helped people using Hypnotherapy since 2011 and used the techniques of counselling and psychotherapy since 2012. I run my clinics at The Centre of Wellbeing in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, CM21 and I provide a mobile service where I visit people in their own homes in the Harlow area.
If you would like my help, I welcome all enquiries under no obligation to undertake therapy.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Nicola
