At times, life can feel challenging or confusing. It can be a struggle to make sense of our circumstances, our relationships or our state of mind. As a person-centred counsellor, offering face-to-face, telephone and online counselling, my intention is to support you in finding your own answers and solutions to your current difficulties.
I am available for face-to-face appointments in Shrewsbury, as well as by telephone and online, working with adults and young people. I offer an initial consultation in which to explore what you hope to gain from counselling whether short or long-term.
With a background in business and education, I am well-placed to understand the problems and pressures faced by many in today's society, including adults as well as young people. As a counsellor, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My strong belief is that you are the expert on your own life and with support you are capable of finding your own answers to the challenges you face.
