About me

Hello,

I am a qualified person centred counsellor and psychotherapist based in Whitefield, Manchester. I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your emotions. I work with adults, young people and couples.

You may be wondering whether counselling is for you? Do you need support with something that is causing you upset or would you like to be able to develop your strengths? I offer a non-judgemental space where you, the client is in the lead of the therapeutic process with my empathic support and non-directive approach. I believe everyone has the potential to explore their concerns and flourish in the right environment.

I have experience of working with abuse, historical abuse, anxiety and depression, stress,  terminal illness, bereavement, relationship issues, domestic violence, low self-esteem and more. Please check out my experience at the bottom of the page.

MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
