Hello & Welcome
I offer you a warm and relaxed counselling space where sessions can either be face to face at my counselling room or if it suits you better telephone or Skype.
How I can help you
My aim is to offer you a supportive, understanding and trustworthy place, where you feel comfortable and confident to be able to voice your thoughts, feelings without the fear of being judged.
Together we can make sense of those worries and problems which maybe causing you distress. We can explore your thoughts and feelings which are hard to cope which maybe about yourself or another. At times therapy can be challenging but through this challenge you can gain new insights and new ways being so you feel like your life is back on tracks.
At its best, therapy offers a resource for healing, growth and life long change.
I have a particular experience and knowledge of helping people with:
- Relationship difficulties.
- Low self esteem & confidence.
- Anxiety & depression.
- Work based stress.
Training, qualifications & experience
As well as my private practice I am a part time counselling tutor for students studying for a level 4 in counselling and have my own Ltd counselling service which provides counselling to participants to the West of England Works program.
I have previously provided counselling and supervision in a variety of settings and have managed a counselling service for a mental health charity.
Core professional qualifications
- Advanced Accredited Diploma in Counselling Supervision. Post Graduate level 7.
- Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) level 5.
- Foundation Degree in Counselling. Bath Spa University
- Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) level 4.
- Advance Diploma in Counselling level 3.Assessment and Qualifications Alliance (AQA)
- Mindfulness Now Teacher Training
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and individual member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

£45.00 for 50 min for weekdays & evening sessions.
Fees for Couples
£55.00 for 50 min for weekdays & evenings.
£70 for 90 mins.
